The Tap Tap (CZ)
This unique band made up of students and graduates of the Jedlička Institute was originally founded in 1998 as a music therapy group only. As the time went on, it became professional and integral part of the Czech musical show-business. The ensemble was founded and continues to be led by a “conductor”, musician and teacher Šimon Ornest. The Tap Tap have released several albums, have performed at the leading Czech festivals, and have also been through some excursions abroad. They regularly collaborate with leading Czech musicians, including Dan Barta, David Koller, Xindl X or Ewa Farna. They also produced a theater show named Nefňuka featured on the New Stage of the National Theater in Prague.
